Ditta Artigianale is the leading specialty coffee company that was founded in 2013 by champion barista Francesco Sanapo, who was eager to “bring coffee of extreme quality” to Italy. The cafés operate daily with a broad range of single-origin coffee offerings through various espresso, pourover and other filter coffee applications, plus a full cocktail bar and freshly prepared pastries, breakfast and lunch items.
Ditta Artigianale is currently expanding its footprint from three stores in Florence to add its first North American location in Toronto at the beginning of 2022.
